Pretty Fat and Fab!

"Be kind to yourself - you only have one body, one life and only one moment to live it." I believe everybody struggles with body issues at some stage but everyone must realise there are some things about your image or body you can change or work on and there are others that you cannot. So the sooner you can appreciate and respect who you are the happier you will be. To be fully happy, you have to fully accept yourself and less to size acceptance. Don’t try to change yourself for others or what is presented to you as beautiful by the media. Bask in your own difference—it’s what makes you, you. It will take a while before you can fully accept yourself - but continue in living the way you want it and do what you love to do, later on you will glow with more confidence and positivity. Sorround yourself with positive minded people. Accept who you are and be more confident living in our "chubby" world. Spread the positive mind and body to the people and always remember to present yourself well. cause after all, we all have to look good and feel beautiful  for us to be BEAUTIFUL.
